Product Description

The Pilgrim Bench is an ideal bench for the traveling meditator. It is a full pound lighter than our regular folding meditation bench making easier to carry. The top of the bench is smaller which makes it easier to fit it into a backpack or suitcase. This compact bench is great for taking to your local meditation group or for taking with you on your travels to far off lands. The Pilgrim Bench is lightweight and compact yet also sturdy and comfortable. Make sure you can go within wherever you go!

The Pilgrim Bench weighs only 3 pounds. The top measures about 16.5 inches long and 6.5 wide. The Pilgrim Bench comes with the same standard-height angled or round legs as our regular folding bench (the tall legs would overlap on the Pilgrim Bench when folded).

Please note that this is a "petite" bench and best used as described; for pilgrimages and traveling. If you are looking for a bench to meditate on for long periods of time most bodies will be happier on one of our standard benches.

    I thought this bench would be too small for me since it's smaller than the normal size, i am 5'9 140 lbs, pretty standard and this bench was just the right fit even with a few inches of space on the sides and plenty of leg room, this actually, for me is the most perfect fitting bench i have ever laid eyes on. the craftsmanship is stunning, i got alot of compliments on the quality, its not noisy or wobbly, its very sturdy. i got the forrest green raw silk and its very comfortable, the pad is thick and supportive and the tilt of the bench i believe was designed intentionally to raise your spin so its easy to hold up straight.

    overall this bench is incredibly and i will be getting alot of good meditation time with it. recommend getting the bag along with it too to keep the fabric of the pad in good condition.
