Shipping & Returns
We strive to ship orders within 1 business day. Most orders received by 10:00 am PST will be shipped the same day. Orders with engraving may be delayed one or two business days. Custom orders will generally take 2-3 days to complete.
When you order ground shipping your order will be completed in the order in which it was received. When you order 3 day shipping your order will be bumped up to the top of our orders and we will also strive to ship it the same day it was received (we usually will need to receive the order by Noon PST in order to have in ship the same day). If your order is being shipped to CA, OR, NV, AZ or WA it will usually get to you within 3 days with or without selecting 3 Day, but if you have a special event that you need your order for we recommend the 3 Day Shipping in order to ensure a quick shipment.
Please note that international shipments will be subject to customs and duties fees which will be billed to the receiver by the shipping carrier.
We stand 100% behind our products. If you are dissatisfied for any reason you can return any unused or lightly used product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping costs. For orders that shipped via free shipping there will be up to a $20 charge to cover our original shipping costs. After 30 days we will accept exchanges if the product is in new condition.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Alternatively you can also call us at 530-478-7708 or 800-515-3294, or email us at email@example.com to start processing your return.
We ask that you take care in packing the items you are returning to us. Please pack them in exactly the same way we sent them to you. Take special note that zabutons need to be folded neatly when being packed so that the wool filling does not bind up inside. Also, please make sure that all products are free from any pet hair or strong scents such as incense or cologne. If we receive damaged products back, we reserve the right to charge a repair/restocking fee. If items are returned in new condition, you will receive a full refund minus any shipping costs. Custom products are not returnable.
Upon receiving your folding meditation bench, if you find that it is the wrong height or leg type, you can order an extra set of bench legs. The new legs will come with the holes pre-drilled so you can easily swap them out with the old legs. You can then return the legs you're not using to receive a refund for the purchase price of the legs. When you send the legs back be sure to pack them carefully and include something with your order number on it (your packing slip for example) and write "returning for refund" so we know what to do with it.
